Afresh is seeking a VP of Account Management to lead and expand its team of Account Executives. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying pain points, and driving value for their businesses. The VP will be responsible for renewal and expansion opportunities, fostering excitement among clients, and establishing Afresh as a strategic partner.
- Building and managing a team of Account Executives.
- Identifying customer pain points and opportunities for Afresh.
- Driving renewal and expansion within the customer base.
- Establishing deep relationships with C-suite executives.
- Collaborating across Product, Operations, and Engineering.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of field sales experience in enterprise accounts.
- 4+ years of experience building and leading Account Management teams.
- Experience with supply chain and retail/grocery technology.
- Proven ability to establish relationships with C-level executives.
- Experience managing quota of $10M+ in renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- BA/BS required.
