Engineering Operations Program Manager at Relyance AI

Relyance AI is seeking an Engineering Operations Program Manager to work within its Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working extensively with the internal integrations team, as well as external SaaS companies, to prioritize and gain access to integration builds. The role also involves providing general oversight of engineering operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize integration requests from internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with the internal integrations team and external SaaS companies to ensure timely delivery of integration builds.
• Oversee engineering operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact integration projects.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Operations Program Manager or similar role in an engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of software integration processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
