Sr. Technical Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) at OLIPOP

OLIPOP is seeking a Sr. Technical Engineering Manager to serve as the key technical and quality liaison between OLIPOP and its co-manufacturing partners. This role involves overseeing the implementation and adherence to OLIPOP’s quality standards, production specifications, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence through hands-on plant support, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in training, commercialization, and product trials.Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing OLIPOP’s Quality Specifications.
• Managing the relationship between OLIPOP and co-manufacturers.
• Leading training efforts for factory management and employees.
• Reviewing co-manufacturers' Quality System, GMP, SOP, and SSOPs.
• Leading documentation and reporting of trial results.
• Providing technical support for new product launches.
• Creating and maintaining Continuous Improvement Logs.
• Reviewing Quality Holds and customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• 5 years prior relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Manufacturing/Engineering within CPG
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to write reports clearly and concisely and in a timely manner
• Position requires substantial travel 50 - 75% Travel within the United States
• HACCP Certification a plus
• Lean Manufacturing, FSMA, and 5s knowledge a plus
