Muck Rack, a leading SaaS platform for public relations, is seeking a dynamic and resourceful GTM Systems Analyst. This role is pivotal in scaling the company's revenue tech stack and ensuring the go-to-market teams operate efficiently. The GTM Systems Analyst will be responsible for project execution, systems administration, and continuous process improvement.
What this role involves: - Maintaining and optimizing GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
- Managing user provisioning, access, licenses, and system syncs.
- Monitoring data quality and tool performance across the stack.
- Driving tooling and process improvement projects from scoping to rollout.
- Documenting business needs, system configurations, and process changes.
- Identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks with scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
- Translating business needs into system enhancements that improve productivity and data integrity.
- Supporting change management through documentation, training, and frontline troubleshooting.
- Partnering with Enablement and Comms to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
Requirements: - 2–4+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Systems, with project or product management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), Outreach, Gong, and other GTM tools.
- Strong execution, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Process-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, navigating ambiguity, and adapting in fast-paced environments.
- Familiar with project tracking and automation tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, integration platforms).
- Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and interested in growing into a product owner role.
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
