Cohere Health is seeking a Manager, BPO Vendor Management to oversee outsourced service center operations. This role involves serving as the primary liaison between Cohere and its BPO partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of service operations and process optimization.Cohere Health is looking for someone to:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for BPO vendors.
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing models, and workflow execution.
  • Drive accountability by monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Analyze vendor performance data to identify inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with BPO leadership.
  • Ensure vendor adherence to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage invoicing, budget oversight, and forecasting.
Requirements for this role include:
  • 5+ years of experience in BPO vendor management within healthcare or insurance.
  • Proven ability to manage a BPO team of 150+ staff.
  • Strong understanding of service operations workflows and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasts within a BPO environment.
  • Familiarity with international markets.
