The supervisor will collaborate with supervisees to identify professional growth goals. Backpack Healthcare specializes in mental and behavioral health treatment for kids, teens, young adults, and families.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing for and attending scheduled supervision sessions.
• Providing constructive feedback for case presentations and administrative tasks.
• Cultivating supervisees' understanding of therapeutic approaches.
• Reviewing supervisee documentation, including intake and progress notes.
• Maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Ensuring supervisee practice within their license/training scope.
• Instructing didactic-oriented activities.

Requirements:

• Active Georgia LCSW.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• Access to high-speed internet.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
