Backpack Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee graduate-level clinicians. The supervisor will collaborate with supervisees to identify professional development goals. Backpack Healthcare believes that clinician satisfaction equals client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing for and attending scheduled supervision sessions
• Providing constructive feedback for case presentations and administrative tasks
• Cultivating supervisees' understanding of therapeutic approaches
• Reviewing supervisee documentation, including intake and progress notes
• Maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards
• Ensuring supervisee practices within their license/training scope
• Instructing didactic-oriented activities

Requirements:

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Evening and/or weekend availability
• Access to high-speed internet
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Energetic and ambitious attitude
