Fully Licensed Therapists - Part-Time at Backpack Healthcare

Backpack Healthcare is seeking Fully Licensed Therapists for part-time positions in Georgia. The company is a clinician-led, minority-owned online behavioral health organization focused on providing accessible care to children, teens, young adults, and families.

The therapist will be responsible for providing counseling and support to clients dealing with mental health, social, and emotional challenges. They will collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to coordinate client care, and maintain detailed client records.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Providing counseling and support to clients.
• Advocating for clients and connecting them with resources.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Maintaining detailed and confidential client records.
• Educating clients and their families about coping strategies.
• Participating in case reviews, team meetings, and professional development.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current LPC/LCSW license in Georgia.
• Strong knowledge of social work principles, ethics, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) software/other relevant software.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
