The client is seeking a VP of ERP & Business Applications to lead their ERP ecosystem, focusing on NetSuite and Order Management Systems. This role is crucial for scaling back-end operations and ensuring technology supports company growth. The VP will own the technology strategy and operational execution, working closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the functional and technical owner of ERP (NetSuite), Order Management, and core business applications.
  • Define and lead a multi-year ERP roadmap.
  • Partner with executive leadership to present system performance and project updates.
  • Oversee Order to Cash (O2C) processes and GL-impacting transactions.
  • Manage a multi-disciplinary team across ERP Engineering, Product Management, and Reporting & Analysis.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in ERP and business systems leadership.
  • 7+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
  • Extensive experience managing OMS platforms.
  • Strong fulfillment and routing optimization knowledge.
  • Demonstrated excellence in people management.
