Product Management Intern at LogicGate

LogicGate is seeking a Product Management Intern to join their team in Chicago. The internship is designed for college students to gain real-world work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Product Manager Internship will provide exposure to leading-edge technology, valuable work experience, career coaching, and mentorship.

The intern will work a hybrid schedule and be able to come to LogicGate's headquarters in Downtown Chicago (River North) on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to determine the best functional solutions for our users, prioritize the work, and track against timelines.
• Perform user acceptance testing to ensure features conform to spec prior to release and partner with QA to conceptualize and monitor quality tests.
• Synthesize customer feedback from multiple data sources and effectively communicate to engineering and design.
• Analyze product usage data and learn to use metrics that inform the success of products.
• Help to define, standardize, and communicate product team processes that help the company scale.

Requirements:

• Enrolled full time in an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior or have recently graduated within the past 6 months with your Undergraduate Degree.
• Available to work 40 hours per week during the summer
• Working towards a Bachelor's or Masters Degree in a Technology focused fields with a planned graduation of Spring 2025 or Fall 2026 or have recently graduated.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA in good academic standing
• Problem solving with empathy, combined with knowledge of user experience best practices and logic.
• Strong communicator and believe in open collaboration in teamwork.
• Enthusiastic about untangling complex problems and turning them into simple, impactful solutions.
• Love for learning and exercising curiosity
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a keen eye for detail
• Organized and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously

LogicGate offers:

• Hourly pay of $28 per hour
