BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Client Experience Manager to support client relationships and ensure high-quality work. The Client Experience Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, managing documents and communications, and proactively managing key deliverables. They will work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:
  • Build client relationships and understand their business needs.
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain clear and concise client communications.
  • Contribute to ideation and offer knowledge of the client or industry.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver ideas and ensure quality implementation.
  • Develop and maintain monthly billing trackers, POs, and estimates.
  • Manage timelines, impact of client changes/requests, and overall workflow.
Requirements:
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience within an advertising agency setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Education or retail experience is a plus.
