BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Strategy Director to lead strategy development for multiple clients, project work, and new business. The Strategy Director will be a player-coach, forging strong relationships with senior clients and pushing for excellence in insight and ideas. They will mentor strategists, develop new solutions for the strategic process, and lead integrated idea teams.Role involves:

• Leading strategy development for clients and new business.
• Managing daily strategy work and deliverables.
• Serving as an invaluable resource for clients.
• Writing methodology and proposals for project work.
• Delivering powerful artifacts that bring strategy to life.
• Mentoring strategists and developing new strategic processes.
• Leading integrated idea teams in brainstorms and workshops.
• Finding creative ways to gain insights.
• Demonstrating a strategy specialty.
• Creating case studies.
