Job Description
BarkleyOKRP is seeking an SVP, Strategy to drive growth across brands and lead a strategy column. This role requires a leader who can provide a clear voice to clients, the agency, and the team. The SVP will manage teams, lead projects and pitches, and foster agency culture. They will oversee the growth of a column, maintain trust with agency and client c-suite, and ensure high-quality performance and employee satisfaction.
The role involves:
- Leading a portfolio of clients and new business efforts.
- Managing and fostering growth for team members.
- Consulting with lead column members to ensure insights and collaboration.
- Driving proactive opportunities for brands.
- Solidifying a specialty (XD, Org Culture, Sustainability, Comms Planning, Innovation).
- Overseeing methodology and proposals for project work.
- Partnering with creative, media, and design leads.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading strategy for brands.
- Proven ability to manage and grow teams.
- Strong consulting and leadership skills.
- Expertise in modern consumer trends.
