Job Description

Beast Industries is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to help build and scale the planning infrastructure that guides strategic and operational decisions. This role sits at the intersection of growth, strategy, and performance, and is critical to driving financial visibility and rigor across the organization.

The Manager will lead core financial planning processes, including annual plans, forecasts, and long-range modeling, while developing the tools, frameworks, and reporting cadences that empower leadership with data-driven insights. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with leaders across Finance, Operations, and Executive teams to translate company priorities into structured financial plans.

What this role involves:

  • Owning and evolving the FP&A rhythm, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-range models.
  • Partnering with business leaders and finance stakeholders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and operating costs.
  • Leading and improving forecasting accuracy and transparency across teams through strong models and operational processes.
  • Driving development of financial frameworks that align investment decisions with strategic priorities.
  • Creating executive-ready reports and insights that help tell the story of the business, including board and investor materials.
  • Building and scaling dashboards, planning tools, and systems (e.g. Pigment, Anaplan, NetSuite) to support real-time decision making.
  • Identifying and solving cross-functional planning challenges, helping bridge strategic goals with financial execution.
  • Supporting ad hoc analysis to evaluate new initiatives, business cases, or shifts in operating strategy.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or strategic planning roles, ideally in high-growth or consumer-facing industries.
  • Experience building and managing financial planning processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Track record of collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
  • Familiarity with modern planning tools and systems (e.g. Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite).
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus.

What Beast Industries offers:

  • Competitive Salary
  • Generous Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Dental, Vision and company-paid Life Insurance
  • Company contributions to employee Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
  • 401k Plan with Safe Harbor company-matching
