Job Description
Beast Industries is seeking a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the FP&A function and shape the financial direction of the company. This role involves strategic planning, forecasting, and capital allocation. The VP will build and evolve the FP&A function, providing insights and tools for effective scaling. Reporting to the CFO, this senior leadership position offers high visibility and interaction with the executive team.
Responsibilities: - Own all FP&A functions, including annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-range modeling.
- Build scalable forecasting and performance tracking processes.
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver actionable insights.
- Lead budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
- Develop dynamic financial models for new initiatives and investments.
- Design capital deployment frameworks that prioritize ROI.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess performance.
- Support board and investor reporting.
- Partner with Accounting, RevOps, and Data to improve tools and systems.
- Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team.
Requirements: - 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior-level FP&A leadership.
- Experience in investment banking or management consulting is highly desired.
- Proven track record of building and scaling financial processes.
- Experience operating in dynamic businesses with evolving revenue streams.
- Strong modeling and forecasting skills.
- Hands-on experience with M&A.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives and board members.
- Familiarity with financial planning systems and ERPs.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
