Grants Manager at Uniswap Foundation

The Uniswap Foundation is seeking a Grants Manager to facilitate the expansion and success of grant programs within the Uniswap ecosystem. This role involves managing intricate workflows, cultivating relationships with grant recipients, and developing programs to amplify their impact. The Grants Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Operations & Grants and Workstream Leads to ensure alignment with Uniswap's strategic objectives, including Uniswap v4 and Unichain, and to deliver value to the broader ecosystem.Responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic support and guidance to grantees.
• Designing and managing scalable programs for grantees.
• Leading the creation and execution of new grant initiatives.
• Maintaining smooth operations across multiple initiatives.
• Ensuring alignment of grant activities with Uniswap's growth.
• Improving internal processes for grantmaking.
• Tracking KPIs and gathering feedback for strategy refinement.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience in grant management, venture capital, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of DeFi and the Uniswap ecosystem.
• Excellent project and product management skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Operational mindset with a passion for scalability.
