Senior Engineer - Product (Remote) at Pair Team

Pair Team is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to play a critical role in shaping and scaling the tools that power their care delivery. The Senior Product Engineer will lead end-to-end development of new product features, from initial concept through deployment and iteration.

The role involves:

• Owning core product initiatives and drive full-stack development using modern web technologies
• Building scalable, high-performance applications that support both clinical and patient experiences
• Identifying and implementing improvements across our platform to enhance speed, reliability, and usability
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions
• Helping guide architectural decisions that will support our growing team and mission-driven roadmap

Requirements for this role include:

• At least 2+ years of software development experience as a high-performing individual contributor, building user-facing software at a startup
• Experience in both backend and frontend engineering
• Building complex web applications (required)
• Relational Databases data modeling (required)
• Ruby on Rails (preferred)
• React (preferred)
• AWS services (preferred)
• Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
