Gotion Inc., located in Silicon Valley, California, is seeking an Office Manager for their Fremont, CA location. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing front desk and clerical personnel, ensuring employee files are maintained, and working with the General Manager to understand operating results. The role also involves completing special projects and serving as the manager-on-duty as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supervising front desk/clerical personnel.
  • Maintaining employee files in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Working with the General Manager to understand operating results and trends.
  • Completing special projects and assignments.
  • Serving as the “manager-on-duty” on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with business office functions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail with project management and organization skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Reliable commute to Fremont, CA.
