The Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive the adoption of tokenized real-world assets on the Stellar blockchain. This role involves managing relationships with regulated asset issuers, custodians, broker-dealers, authorized transfer agents, and other ecosystem stakeholders.SDF's mission is to create equitable access to the global financial system.
Key Responsibilities: - Deepen and maintain strategic relationships with regulated asset issuers, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
- Identify and propose new growth opportunities and partnership deals.
- Contribute insights regarding market trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive positioning for RWAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partners in scaling tokenized assets on Stellar.
- Act as a subject matter expert on asset tokenization, educating partners and ecosystem players.
Requirements: - 7+ years in product management, business development, or account management within financial services, capital markets, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of traditional asset issuance, custody, and trading.
- Experience working with regulated entities is required.
- Mid-level knowledge of blockchain, asset tokenization, is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships with institutional partners and navigate regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to identify emerging opportunities in the tokenization space and contribute to the strategic roadmap of RWAs on Stellar.
- The ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences.
