Team Rubicon is seeking an Associate, Client Services (Long Term Recovery) to join their Programs x Long Term Recovery team. This role is crucial for identifying and supporting beneficiaries throughout the Long Term Recovery program. The Associate will use strong customer service skills, communication, and empathy to assist clients from outreach to the completion of their recovery. The Associate, Client Services (Long Term Recovery) will be responsible for:
  • Conducting outreach to potential clients and organizations.
  • Identifying and interviewing prospective clients.
  • Developing Individual Recovery Plans.
  • Conducting follow-up visits to assess service effectiveness.
  • Documenting client information and progress.
  • Assisting clients in obtaining available benefits and resources.
  • Maintaining rapport with volunteers.
  • Identifying new capability opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships.
Requirements for the role include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, disaster management, business administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in disaster case management or client services.
  • Experience in customer service, client intake, social services, and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience using data and research to advise organizational decision making (preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s License.
