Job Description
Airbyte is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team. This role is based in the Bay Area and reports to the Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing accounts across different product lines, selling primarily to the CTO/CIO organization, and interacting with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and other technical roles.

Role involves:
  • Managing the entire deal cycle from lead qualification to close.
  • Building relationships and formulating deals across a book of business.
  • Contributing to prospecting and outbound efforts.
  • Acting as a conduit for customer feedback to product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date pipeline.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS/Cloud/Data, with 2+ years focused on selling to Enterprise Accounts.
  • Proven history of quota attainment and overachievement selling to technical buyers.
  • Direct industry experience with data infrastructure.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Optimistic and energetic attitude with both hunter and farmer mentality.
