Sustainability Analyst Intern, Remote at Aperia Technologies, Inc

Aperia, a company focused on efficiency and sustainability for commercial vehicle fleets, is seeking a Sustainability Analyst Intern. This is a remote position based in San Francisco, CA. The intern will support the development and execution of sustainability initiatives, helping to shape a more sustainable future for the organization and community.Role involves:

• Conducting research and analysis on sustainability-related topics.
• Setting up an internal reporting process on the company’s carbon footprint.
• Researching regulatory trends and industry best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop market-focused messaging.
• Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program (MBA, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Public Policy, ESG, etc.)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in environmental or sustainability consulting
• Knowledge of life cycle assessment (LCA) and carbon footprinting tools
• Exposure to ESG investing or corporate sustainability reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Collaborative team player.
• High level of self-motivation, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
