InStride Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead efforts in establishing and expanding partnerships with healthcare providers in Connecticut. The Territory Business Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of InStride Health's referral network and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals.Role involves:
  • Developing and growing referral relationships with stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a regular servicing schedule for existing referral partners.
  • Locating new referral channels.
  • Partnering with the Marketing Team on campaigns and events.
  • Attending presentations, conferences, and events.
  • Working closely with clinical leaders and operations teams.
  • Meeting targets for the defined region.
  • Maintaining detailed records in InStride CRM.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of healthcare outreach, sales/marketing, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of providers.
  • Based in Connecticut with prior market experience.
  • Proven track record of relationship building and territory/sales growth.
  • Ability to leverage existing team/resources successfully.
  • Ability to analyze local community KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and business development skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics, and market research tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
