InStride Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead efforts in establishing and expanding partnerships with healthcare providers in Connecticut. The Territory Business Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of InStride Health's referral network and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals.Role involves:
- Developing and growing referral relationships with stakeholders.
- Maintaining a regular servicing schedule for existing referral partners.
- Locating new referral channels.
- Partnering with the Marketing Team on campaigns and events.
- Attending presentations, conferences, and events.
- Working closely with clinical leaders and operations teams.
- Meeting targets for the defined region.
- Maintaining detailed records in InStride CRM.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of healthcare outreach, sales/marketing, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of providers.
- Based in Connecticut with prior market experience.
- Proven track record of relationship building and territory/sales growth.
- Ability to leverage existing team/resources successfully.
- Ability to analyze local community KPIs.
- Excellent communication, organization, and business development skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics, and market research tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
