ZenGRC, a leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) SaaS solution provider, is looking for a skilled Back-End Engineer proficient in Python to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating with platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk. Additionally, familiarity with crafting user prompts for AI-driven features will be considered a significant advantage.This role involves:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient server-side applications using Python.
- Integrating third-party services and APIs, including but not limited to Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participating in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance and ensure reliability.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
- Proven experience as a Back-End Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling.
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
