AudioEye is seeking an Account Manager - SMB to focus on customer retention and success. This role involves building strong client relationships and serving as their main point of contact. The Account Manager will manage onboarding, implementation, and renewals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is results-driven with a customer-centric approach, contributing to account success and company growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute a best-in-class Post-Sale Experience for customers.
  • Drive customer success outcomes and product value delivery.
  • Maintain or increase renewal rates.
  • Communicate revenue opportunities to the Strategic growth team.
  • Influence future customer lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
  • Manage customer success activities: onboarding, maintenance & monitoring, training, live presentations, professional services, customer support, renewals, cross-sell/up-sell, advocacy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an Account Management role in a B2B tech environment.
  • Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities.
  • Passion for identifying and solving problems.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience.
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others.
  • Experience with web commerce, web/mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of usability principles, universal design and techniques.
  • Experience working in fast paced start-up environments.
