Portfolio Strategy Sr. Associate

Job Description

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Portfolio Strategy Sr. Associate to support the growth of its personal care categories. This role involves bringing new products to market and optimizing existing ones. The associate will analyze category performance, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting findings to leadership.
• Supporting category and product performance within the Dr. Squatch portfolio.
• Partnering with teams to create and track revenue goals.
• Identifying opportunities to improve product profitability and reliability.
• Supporting the development of long-term strategic initiatives.
• Translating data into winning value propositions and product features.
• Supporting retail merchandising initiatives.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, quantitative, or technical field
• 2-3+ years in management consulting, finance, private equity, high-growth startups, or similar company
• Scrappy problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency
• Highly analytical and strategic thinker
• Self-starter with an ability to complete tasks both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Team player excited about cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
