Unlock Health is seeking a Director of Growth Solutions (Sales) to focus on acquiring new clients in the Behavioral Health industry. This is a hunter role, ideal for a sales executive who excels at building relationships and positioning digital solutions.

The Director will expand Unlock Health’s footprint by targeting and converting new Behavioral Health clients. This includes addiction and substance use disorder treatment centers, autism care providers, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue through the full sales cycle.
  • Research and segment the Behavioral Health landscape.
  • Conduct discovery with C-level executives and marketing teams.
  • Tailor and deliver strategic presentations.
  • Lead proposal development and negotiate terms.
  • Manage pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Represent Unlock Health at industry events.
  • Share thought leadership on LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of the Behavioral Health ecosystem.
  • Proven success in closing complex deals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce).
