SpotOn is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Hospitality Specialist to join their team as an Outside Sales Representative in North Austin, TX. In this role, the individual will act as a local representative for SpotOn, promoting their full product suite to local businesses and restaurant owners within an assigned geographical territory. The Hospitality Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and building relationships to signing new clients, while working closely with the Sales Support team to achieve monthly sales performance goals.Responsibilities include:
- Representing SpotOn in the local community.
- Traveling to client sites to prospect and build relationships.
- Managing the full sales cycle.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Collaborating with the Sales Support team.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent cold calling and prospecting skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (a plus).
- Ability to learn technology basics.
- Ability to embrace feedback and be accountable.
