Crestwood is seeking a Program Counselor in Fremont, California. The Program Counselor will assist in planning, organizing, and giving direct care to residents in the Activity Program and Social Treatment Program (STP). They will ensure residents have opportunities to learn and practice skills for improving functioning, independence, awareness, self-care, and self-esteem. The role also involves ensuring residents' spiritual, emotional, recreational, and psychosocial needs are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in planning and organizing activities.
  • Providing direct care to residents.
  • Ensuring residents' needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED; some college preferred.
  • Experience providing activities or group treatment preferred.
