Crestwood is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT), or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to clients in accordance with physician's orders and client care standards. The role involves providing direction to non-licensed personnel in direct client care and unit operation. Crestwood's model of care focuses on a personal and self-directed process that empowers the people they serve and helps them to develop the skills to thrive!
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct nursing care to clients.
- Following physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards.
- Directing non-licensed personnel in client care.
- Operating the unit.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in California as an LVN, LPT, or RN.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing is preferred.
- Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and psychosocial rehabilitation principles is preferred.
