Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) - SME at Broadway Ventures

Broadway Ventures is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) level to enhance its cybersecurity. The ISSE will provide technical expertise and strategic leadership, aligning with enterprise goals and federal mandates. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leading cross-functional security teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise cybersecurity personnel.
• Architect and direct enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies.
• Serve as an advisor on federal laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Apply knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), RMF, FedRAMP, and DoD/IC security protocols.
• Oversee incident response operations and forensic analysis.
• Lead privacy impact assessments.
• Design and implement robust security architectures.
• Provide expert consultation across the system development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of cybersecurity experience, or Master’s degree with 13+ years.
• Recognized as a technical and strategic authority in cybersecurity.
• Experience leading diverse technical teams.
• Extensive experience with cybersecurity in federal, DoD, or Intelligence Community settings.
• Expertise in security and privacy risk management.
• Must hold one or more of the following: CISSP, CISM, CIPA
• Required: IAM Level II or III certification
