Speech Language Pathologist at Cortica

Cortica is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Marin, CA. The SLP will provide client-centered therapy to children and families, focusing on delivering life-changing care. The role involves working within a transdisciplinary team and contributing to a supportive and innovative clinical environment.

Role Involves:

• Providing dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Developing individualized treatment plans.
• Educating and empowering families.
• Supervising and mentoring SLPAs.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Engaging in cross-discipline consultations.
• Contributing to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply!).
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.
