Cortica is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Marin, CA. The SLP will provide client-centered therapy to children and families, focusing on delivering life-changing care. The role involves working within a transdisciplinary team and contributing to a supportive and innovative clinical environment.
Role Involves:
- Providing dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
- Developing individualized treatment plans.
- Educating and empowering families.
- Supervising and mentoring SLPAs.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
- Engaging in cross-discipline consultations.
- Contributing to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply!).
- Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
- Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.
