Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Early Career Test Engineer to contribute to their mission of improving healthcare through technology. This role involves participating in testing, troubleshooting, and analysis tasks on various phases of network systems development. The Early Career Test Engineer will work under the direction of a team lead and/or management.

Responsibilities:

• Participates and assists with testing, troubleshooting and analysis tasks.
• Provides support on the initial configuration and parameters of equipment.
• Assists in the investigation and resolution of matters of significance.
• Assists with designing, developing, implementing and maintaining test processes and diagnostic programs.
• Participates in writing test plans for assigned projects.
• Maintains record of test progress, documents test results, prepares reports.
• Works with more experienced team members defining test cases.
• Maintains and updating defect reports following regression testing initiatives.
• Assists lead engineer/management in writing proposals to recommend process/program and follows through on implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with computer systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through skills.
