• Assisting with testing, troubleshooting, and analysis tasks.
• Providing support on the initial configuration of equipment.
• Assisting in the investigation and resolution of problems.
• Assisting with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining test processes.
• Participating in writing test plans.
• Maintaining records of test progress and documenting test results.
• Working with team members to define test cases and create test scripts.
• Maintaining and updating defect reports.
• Assisting in writing proposals for process/program improvements.
