Horizon Media is seeking an Assistant Strategist, Business Solutions to support the team in media plan development, results analysis, and data management. This role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. The Assistant Strategist will demonstrate integrity, a thirst for learning, and strong communication and organizational skills.

What This Role Involves:
  • Assisting with account maintenance tasks, including flowchart upkeep and creative material distribution.
  • Scheduling, attending, and participating in client/internal meetings, capturing and distributing meeting recap notes.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify data and billing discrepancies and recommend solutions.
  • Supporting media plan development, budget tracking, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Analyzing competitive and target research to inform media strategy.
  • Engaging and interacting with the team and other Horizon Media departments.
  • Participating in training programs to advance knowledge of the media industry.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work or internship experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
