Horizon Media is seeking an Assistant Strategist, Out of Home to support the OOH buying process for assigned accounts. The Assistant Strategist will assist the team in various support functions, think strategically, problem solve, and pay attention to detail. The role requires integrity, a thirst for learning, drive, initiative, and strong communication and organization skills.

What this role involves:

• Assisting with day-to-day account maintenance tasks, including input of media buys into SBMS.
• Gathering and distributing production material specs.
• Developing relationships with OOH vendors.
• Coordinating vendor meetings.
• Distributing traffic instructions/posting instructions to vendors.
• Following up with vendors to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Keeping the team updated on the status and timing of deliverables.
• Collaborating with the team to identify data and billing discrepancies.
• Supporting team media plan, budget tracking, implementation, maintenance, and post buy attribution review.
• Compiling and preparing competitive data and target research for analysis.
• Engaging and interacting with the direct team, other internal Horizon Media departments, and media operators.
• Participating in Horizon’s Media 101 training program.
