What the role involves: - Estimating job bids and preparing proposals for contractors, architects, and building owners.
- Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.
- Completing sales calls to generate new business and build on existing relationships.
- Presenting solutions to customers for consideration.
- Collecting and analyzing market intelligence.
- Turning projects over to the operations team for execution and installations.
Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a major in business, engineering, or construction management and graduating by December 2024 or May/June 2025.
- Strong analytical ability to solve problems and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimum guidance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
What Johnson Controls offers: - Competitive salary starting at $56k base, plus guaranteed commission and sign-on bonus with total compensation of $83k.
