UKG is seeking a Software Engineer Intern for the Fall 2025 term. This internship offers the opportunity to work alongside talented engineers, contributing to real-world projects that impact over 80,000 global customers. The intern will be immersed in a technical training program and will participate in code reviews within an Agile environment.
Role Involves:
- Writing and testing production-level code.
- Daily mentoring from a technical mentor.
- Participating in code reviews in an Agile environment.
- Immersive onboarding.
- Participation in social events, community outreach opportunities, professional development seminars, trainings, and more!
Requirements:
- Well versed in Java/Python, Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms with overall strong technical knowledge
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and be on site 3 days per week.
- Must be available September 8th - December 12th 2025.
- Eligible to work in the US with no restrictions now and in the future.
- A team player mentality with a continuous desire to learn and improve
- A strong communicator with awesome problem-solving skills
