UKG is seeking a Software Engineer Intern for the Fall 2025 term. This internship program is designed to provide college students with practical, real-world experience in a top-ranked technology company. The intern will work alongside talented engineers, contributing to production-level code and participating in code reviews within an Agile environment. UKG is the largest U.S.-based private software company in the world, serving 80,000 customers across 150 countries.Role involves:

• Writing and testing production-level code.
• Participating in code reviews in an Agile environment.
• Receiving daily mentoring from a technical mentor.
• Attending social events, community outreach, and professional development seminars.

Requirements:

• Well versed in Java/Python, Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms with overall strong technical knowledge
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be on site 3 days per week.
• Must be available September 8th - December 12th 2025.
• Eligible to work in the US with no restrictions now and in the future.
