UKG is seeking a Software Engineer Intern for the Fall 2025 term. This internship program, offered via RippleMatch, is designed to provide college students with practical, real-world experience in a top-ranked technology company. The intern will work alongside talented engineers, contributing to production-level code and participating in code reviews within an Agile environment.

The Software Engineering Intern will be immersed in a technical training program and will have the opportunity to impact UKG's 80,000+ global customers. The role involves daily mentoring from a technical mentor and participation in various social events, community outreach opportunities, and professional development seminars.

To be eligible, candidates must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be on-site 3 days per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm EST, between September 8th - December 12th 2025.

• Write and test production-level code
• Participate in code reviews in an Agile environment

• Well versed in Java/Python, Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms with overall strong technical knowledge
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
