UKG is seeking a Software Engineer Intern for the Fall 2025 term. This internship, facilitated through RippleMatch, offers a chance to work alongside talented engineers and contribute to impactful projects. The intern will be immersed in a technical training program and will participate in code reviews within an Agile environment.

The role is based in Weston, FL - Atlanta, GA - Lowell, MA - Branchburg, NJ and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with three days per week spent on-site.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing and testing production-level code.
• Participating in code reviews in an Agile environment.
• Daily mentoring from your technical mentor

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proficiency in Java/Python, Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• A team player mentality with a continuous desire to learn and improve.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
