Tebra is seeking an Account Executive to join their Direct Practice sales team. This role involves guiding new prospects through the sales process, identifying their needs, educating them on Tebra's product offerings, and assisting them in growing their business and enhancing patient experience through the implementation of Tebra's software solutions.
Role Involves:
- Engaging with leads via phone, email, SMS, and video conferences.
- Conducting needs-specific product demonstrations.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly quotas.
- Managing sales pipeline with attention to detail.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Participating in marketing events and trade shows.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of full cycle selling experience at a software company (or comparable SDR experience).
- Empathetic and relationship-based sales approach.
- Passion for learning and becoming a subject matter expert.
- Go-getter mentality with a desire for continuous growth.
- Proficiency in Office365 and Salesforce (or comparable CRM).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks.
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
- Background in Healthcare IT or selling SaaS products (a plus).
