The Sales Associate will be responsible for maximizing sales, providing excellent customer service, and building client relationships. They will also handle point-of-sale transactions, maintain store displays, and participate in store events.
Role Involves:
- Maximize sales and provide customer service
- Communicate with customers to determine needs
- Build relationships with clients
- Drive sales through consignments and partnerships
- Handle point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain displays and assist with stock transfers
- Participate in store events
- Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards
- Share feedback with management
- Secure company assets through loss prevention
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail sales
- Experience or interest in home interiors is a plus
- Can-do attitude and commitment to customer service
- Willingness to work during peak business periods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of POS and Inventory Management systems
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more)
