Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce at Halcyon

Halcyon is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to manage and enhance its Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will configure and maintain the platform, champion best practices, and adopt the latest Salesforce features. This role supports operational excellence, optimizes business workflows, and empowers teams to leverage Salesforce for growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Salesforce Environment
• Design, implement, and refine automation solutions
• Maintain data cleanliness and accuracy
• Enforce security best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Investigate and resolve system issues
• Maintain comprehensive internal documentation

Requirements:

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Expertise across core modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Digital Experience
• Background in a fast-paced startup or SaaS/cybersecurity environment
• Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and data management principles
• Proficiency in Agile or similar project management methodologies
• Grasp of release management and change control processes
• Ability to engage and align with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills
