Senior Software Engineer - Agent AI at Red Cell Partners

Andesite is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development and deployment of AI/ML products. The engineer will work on building and iterating on a production agent architecture involving LLMs, RAG, and context/memory management. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions and keep pace with research in machine learning and cybersecurity.

What this role involves:

• Designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI solutions.
• Developing and managing AI/ML infrastructure and lifecycle.
• Collaborating within a cross-functional team.
• Keeping pace with research in machine learning.

Requirements:

• Masters/PhD (or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience) in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically building and delivering data science, machine learning, or data analytics solutions in products at scale.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
