Karat is seeking a Senior Deployment Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the company and its clients. This role involves leveraging technical expertise and consultative skills to ensure clients maximize value from Karat's interview platform. The Senior Deployment Engineer will work closely with the interview content team and data engineers to analyze performance metrics, develop tailored proposals, and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients.
  • Partner with Software Engineers to analyze hiring processes and performance requirements.
  • Work strategically with the GTM team throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Present Karat's technical solution to prospects.
  • Architect and implement the initial Karat interview framework for each new enterprise client.
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews with customers.
  • Design and deliver executive-level training sessions for client stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex performance data and calibrate assessment metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Customer Operations and GTM teams' internal processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, or SaaS/technical/financial services consulting.
  • Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL.
  • Client-facing experience with technical customers.
