Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Customer Advisor to join their Sell-to-Clutch (STC) team. This role involves being the primary point of contact for individuals looking to sell their vehicles to Clutch, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating appointments.

What the role involves:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers who scheduled appointments.
  • Providing information about the selling process and addressing concerns.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments with sellers.
  • Conducting basic vehicle assessments using Clutch’s guidelines.
  • Collecting and auditing necessary documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal software.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional detail-orientation and multitasking abilities.
  • 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Passion for cars is a plus.
  • Self-starter attitude.
  • Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts.
  • Comfortable working 100% on-site at the Mississauga facility.
