Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Sales Team Lead to lead and scale their "Sell to Clutch" outbound team. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for coaching, hiring, and training team members to guide customers through the selling process.
The role is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
What This Role Involves:
- Managing and leading a high-performing Sales Development Representative Team (5+ SDR).
- Coaching team members to deliver a unique and incredible outreach experience.
- Conceiving and executing strategies to improve customer experience using KPIs.
- Reporting, tracking, and managing SDR activities and results using Hubspot.
- Collaborating with multiple functions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience managing a business development or sales team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle priorities.
- Stoked about disrupting an industry and a drive to win.
- Self-starter attitude with attention to detail and organization.
- Ownership-oriented.
- Comfortable working 100% on-site at the Mississauga facility.
- Willing to work weekend and evening shifts.
