Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of multi-line inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Handle charge by phone and back-office functions.
  • Utilize various systems such as Wiki, Slack, and Five9.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and soft skills.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of new hire training.
  • Two years plus previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and workforce systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma.
