Job Description
AutoDS, recently acquired by Fiverr, is seeking a Director of HR to lead its HR function. The Director will partner with leadership, build scalable processes, and protect the company's culture while collaborating with Fiverr. They will also take ownership of employee experience, performance processes, employee engagement, and leadership development frameworks.
What this role involves:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
- Building and managing HR processes.
- Improving performance management and career growth frameworks.
- Leading employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives.
- Overseeing the office environment and relocation project.
- Managing and supporting the HR team.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- A track record of building and owning HR processes.
- Experience as a business partner to leadership.
- Understanding of Israeli labor law and global HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
